Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional development.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages excellence.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to client needs.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.

Qualifications & Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leading role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
