Key One Design Solution accepted a challenge to bring the unique Modern European Interior design taste into our client’s penthouse in Dubai Creek Harbour. First and foremost, we arranged a tour to our top Italian showrooms and manufacturers so that our client can feel and explore different styles, finishes, details, and materials to better determine the design path he wanted to follow.
After a complete project presentation inclusive of mood boards, 360° render views, and a VR walkthrough animation, our client sat back and relaxed as he waited for the keys to his dream home.
The Home
Kitchen and Living Room
The living area is the heart and key to the entire design. It needs to transmit harmony and comfort from every detail. Similarly, the Kitchen is also becoming more of a central focus in the house. Thus, we designed an open kitchen and living area in a way that families and friends can get together and have a conversation without the host having to turn his shoulders to face his guests. The materials chosen, colors, and lighting were all picked to reflect the design style.
Master Bedroom and Bathroom
A secluded private world away from the hustle and bustle of life. We designed the room with suffused lighting, textiles, and darker colors to create an atmosphere of relaxation after a hectic day. For instance, the glass wall dividing the room from the closet allows for natural light to extend and expand the depth perception.
Family Room and Studio
Planning a movie night, an online gaming session, or a pajama party? No worries! This area of the house is dedicated to the family. A private studio with its own bathroom, lounge area, and guest bathroom. This self-sufficient section can be separated depending on your needs. Green tones, access to the terrace, a vertical garden, and floral wallpapers give it the impression of a winter garden.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two independent worlds complete with everything needed to ensure complete privacy. Color schemes and material choices differentiate the rooms and create distinct sensations to reflect the occupant’s personality.
Terraces
A stunning view of the Dubai Skyline can be enjoyed from the terraces of our Dubai Creek Residence project. Custom-made planters, floor surface variations, 45° positioned seating compositions, and a hot tub breaking up the long and narrow shape of the floor plans.
