Dubai Hills Mall

Dubai Hills Mall is one of the most awaited and upcoming local destinations for visitors and residents alike. It is located in Dubai Hills Estate along the intersection of Al Khail Road and Umm Suqeim Street.

Its developers, Emaar Properties, reports that the mall will have a gross leasable area of 2 million sq. f. and will feature 600 retail outlets, entertainment options, and leisure centers with parking for 7,000 vehicles.

Originally, the project was set to launch in 2019 but was delayed to the 4th quarter of 2020 and then again to the second half of 2021. Now, Dubai Hills Malls is expected to open in the 1st quarter of 2022 with only 30% of the project yet to be completed.
